Dear UCR faculty and staff,

We are working on a study led by UC Riverside Distinguished Professor of
Psychology, Sonja Lyubomirsky, about whether certain kinds of reflection
exercises influence thoughts and feelings in relationships in both the
person doing the reflection and their romantic partner.

To participate in this study, you must be in a healthy romantic
relationship, living with your romantic partner, at least 18 years old, and
fluent in English.

During the study, you will complete 10-minute guided reflections on your
relationship twice weekly for 6 weeks. You will also complete two 20-minute
surveys, one at the beginning and one at the end of the study. You will
complete the entire study at home! No need to come into the lab.

As a thank you for participating in our study, we will give you a $40
Amazon gift card

Your romantic partner can also participate! We would like to send them two
brief surveys (less than 7 minutes each) and will give them a $10 Amazon
gift card as a thank you for participating!
