confident, strategic, and self-aware leaders across campus.

Through LEAD, you will:

· *Develop Self-Awareness* – Uncover your leadership strengths and growth
areas through Franklin Covey courses, DiSC assessment, and interactive
eLearning modules.

· *Lead Strategically* – Learn to think critically, inspire innovation, and
achieve lasting results using *The 6 Critical Practices of Leading a Team.*

· *Commit to Growth* – Engage in reflection, feedback, and applied learning
to strengthen your leadership impact.

This blended program combines online learning and live virtual sessions,
offering a hands-on experience that connects theory to real workplace
impact. Participants will meet monthly for the *LEAD R’Ship Series*,
featuring guest speakers, cohort discussions, and opportunities to apply
