Greetings UCR folks,

Interested in developing your career, gaining valuable insights, and connecting with colleagues? Then the 2025 Highlander Mentor Connection (HMC) program might be for you!

Here's what you need to know:

  *   Who can participate? All current UCR staff who have successfully completed probation are eligible to apply as either a mentor or a mentee.
  *   When can I apply? Applications are open now and will be accepted until December 13th.

How long is the program? The official program kicks off on January 31st and ends on May 14th.
