RPA-PostDoc CSULB Physiology Tenure Track Position

Dear Postdocs,

The Department of Biological Sciences at California State University, Long
Beach (CSULB) is looking to hire a Physiologist to join our faculty in Fall
2027. This is a tenure-track Assistant Professor position, suitable for
someone interested in blending a career in research and teaching. We are
especially interested in candidates who have teaching and research
experience with student populations similar to our CSULB student body and
who are committed to serving all students in our diverse student
population. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and teach courses
in physiology as well as initiate and sustain an independent externally
funded, lab-based research program involving physiology that trains
undergraduate and Masters’ degree students. We are especially interested in
candidates using research models or methods that do not require extensive
use of animal housing facilities.
