RPA-PostDoc UC Wide PhD + Postdoc Career Fair

Berkeley is leading the charge but all UC PhD students and postdocs are all
invited regardless of majors.

*You MUST register in advance to attend this fair. Registration opens
9/25/26.*

*We are pleased to invite you to the PhD & Postdoc Career Fair (Virtual)!*

*This fair is exclusively for PhDs & Postdoc students*. Recruiters will be
connecting with PhD & Postdocs to discuss their company and share potential
opportunities. (MBA and JD students are not recruited at this event; please
contact your respective career services office for other recruitment
opportunities.)

   Network with representatives to learn about potential opportunities.
   -

   Find out about recruiting timelines and application procedures specific
   to PhDs and Postdocs.
   -

   Meet with companies recruiting students in all areas and majors.
   -

   *This fair will be hosted virtually within Handshake.*

This fair is only open to University of California PhDs and Postdocs and
eligible alumni. If you have any difficulty signing up, then please email

*IMPORTANT NOTES:*

   -

   *Register for the fair!* To participate in 1:1 and group sessions with
   employers, you MUST be registered
   -

   *Advanced sign-up for 1:1 and group sessions with employers is highly
   recommended to secure your spot* (day-of sign-ups may be available, but
   the most popular slots may already be filled)
   -

   *CHECK AVAILABLE SESSIONS FREQUENTLY* - Employers add sessions up to and
   including the day of the fair. If you don’t see open sessions with an
   employer of interest, select the “follow” button to be notified when they
   set their schedule.
   -

   *Make sure you upload your resume/CV into our Resume Books which will be
   shared with employers. (More info to come)*
   -

   *USE CHROME OR FIREFOX BROWSER!* Install the latest version of Chrome or
   Firefox for the best results at the fair. *Do not use Safari*, as
   students have reported technical issues with it.
