We are pleased to invite you to apply for the HSRU Postdoctoral Fellowship Cohort Program, a competitive one-year professional development and networking experience designed for postdocs preparing for tenure-track faculty careers at research-intensive Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs).
This program offers a unique opportunity to:

Join a national cohort of postdoctoral fellows from HSRU member institutions.

Participate in professional development sessions focused on teaching excellence, research funding, and community engagement.

Network with academic leaders and peers across HSRU institutions.

Present your research at the annual HSRU convening and enhance your visibility for future faculty roles.

Institutional Nomination Deadline: December 5, 2025

Application Opens: December 12, 2025

Postdoc Application Deadline: February 2, 2026

Program Start: August 2026

Eligibility:

Current postdoctoral scholars with at least one year remaining in their position (as of June 2026).

Demonstrated interest in pursuing a faculty career at a research-intensive HSI.
  *
Strong research trajectory and commitment to all program components.
  *
Open to all disciplines.
