This comprehensive program supports early-career PhDs in discovering their leadership style and understanding how different styles contribute to team success. The program covers essential leadership topics including communication styles, conflict management, leadership strengths, and negotiation strategies and the program cohort will consist of early-career PhDs from around the world!

If accepted into the program, participants will pay a $290 fee that covers all program expenses and assessments.

A 9-month program may seem like a significant commitment, however, it meets just once a month (~4 hours), virtually via Zoom, on Friday mornings from September 2025 to May 2026. Additional project or self-study work is flexible and self-paced.
