I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a female-only shared house within walking distance of UCR campus and Goodwin's Organic Food Store.

Details:

Availability: Sept 23, 2025 – May 31, 2026 (flexible for an earlier move-in if needed)
Room: 1 bedroom with 1 shared bathroom
Rent: $750/month
Utilities: Shared among housemates, paid directly to the landlady
Lease: Contract is directly with the landlady
The house is in an excellent location for UCR students, is safe, and comes with a welcoming household environment.
