The Anaconda Transition Working Group (ATWG) would like to invite all of
you to complete a short community feedback survey for us. The survey is

their updated Terms of Service. Your feedback will help guide our efforts
on finding solutions and ways to proceed, disseminating information to our
community effectively, and interacting with Anaconda Inc. in an informed
manner. Please take a few minutes to help us out by completing this short
survey. The deadline is Feb 1, 2025.

In March 2024, Anaconda Inc. began enforcing the updated terms of service
<https://web.archive.org/web/20240624024638/https://legal.anaconda.com/policies/en/>
(TOS) to limit free access and began enforcement of these licensing
requirements. This change has caused significant concern and confusion
among academic institutions, as it affects their ability to use Anaconda's
repositories and tools without incurring costs.
The Anaconda Transition Working Group was formed to gather and share
information, solutions, and support guidance on how to proceed with these
changes. To this end we are seeking Research Computing and Data (RCD)
community feedback on questions, concerns, and information that members and
units may have regarding these changes.
Please provide any relevant information below. This information will help
guide the efforts of the working group to ensure we best serve the
interests of our community.
