[RITL] Remote Computing Lesson

A colleague at UC Merced created this (rough draft) remote computing lesson: https://devnich.github.io/remote-computing/   He is currently looking for feedback on the lesson.  Any feedback is appreciated, if you think this lesson, or components of the lesson, is useful to your area (i.e. HPCC and helping researchers use and navigate their cluster, other remote environments, etc).  It is created to be complementary to a Bash Shell lesson (how to navigate, basic bash scripts, etc).
