[RITL] Updated member list

Hi RITL Team,

Just a quick update on the member list see below.
The impactful change I mentioned in the meeting cancelation was that we have recently lost both John Cleary and Bill Manes, two long-standing people at UCR.
Also, we (Research Computing) have recently hired Bart Kats as the newest member of the team. As a Research Computing Facilitator, Bart will work with the researchers, RITL, and other groups to help support and partner with researchers to accomplish their research goals through technology innovation.
