UCR’s SAM.gov registration expired on Saturday, August 15, 2026. This annual

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">In
past years, UCR typically secured renewal approval in about three days.
Anticipating stricter federal regulations, we proactively initiated the renewal
process nearly two months  ago on June
22, 2026. Despite our diligent follow-ups, final federal approval remains
pending. The renewal application is currently in its final stage of review with
the Defense Logistics Agency and could be approved at any moment.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Because
a registration lapse is uncharted territory for UCR, we do not yet know the
full extent of the financial or administrative repercussions. If you receive
