W.M. Keck Foundation Limited Submission Call

The W. M. Keck Research Program aims to award $1.2 million over three years
in innovative Medical Research and Science & Engineering projects that
challenge existing paradigms. The Foundation prioritizes projects that
focus on emerging research areas, have the potential for breakthrough
technologies, are interdisciplinary, and carry a high level of risk.
Successful projects may establish new fields of research or provide
insights into previously difficult problems, and must demonstrate the
essential need for W.M. Keck Foundation support.

Sloan Research Fellowship

The Sloan Research Fellowships seek to stimulate fundamental research by
early-career scientists and scholars of outstanding promise. In keeping
with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation's longstanding support of
underrepresented minorities in the sciences, the Foundation strongly
encourages the nomination of qualified women and minority candidates.

NSF 23-519: Major Research Instrumentation (MRI) Program: Instrument
Acquisition or Development

The Major Research Instrumentation (MRI) program serves to increase access
to multi-user scientific and engineering instrumentation for research and
research training at non-profit and academic institutions. The program
funds up to $4 million for either acquisition or development of a research
instrument to enhance the research training of students who will become the
next generation of instrument users, designers, and builders.

NCI Pathway to Independence Award for Early-Stage Postdoctoral Researchers
(K99/R00 - Independent Basic Experimental Studies with Humans Required)

The NCI Pathway to Independence Award (K99/R00) targets talented
postdoctoral researchers ready to transition into independent careers
without extended mentored training. Its primary goal is to foster a cohort
of NCI-supported investigators by facilitating the move from mentored
fellowships to tenure-track faculty positions. Applications are
particularly encouraged from those specializing in cancer control,
prevention, and data sciences.

Specifically for candidates proposing to serve as the lead investigator of
an independent clinical trial, a clinical trial feasibility study, or a
separate ancillary clinical trial, as part of their research and career
development.
