<i>Proposal and Award Policies and Procedures Guide</i> (PAPPG) (</span><a href="https://beta.nsf.gov/policies/pappg/23-1"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">NSF 23-1</span></a><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">).
