 community called the </span></a><a href="https://bfs.ucr.edu/sites/g/files/rcwecm751/files/2021-03/UCR_Contracting_Guide.pdf"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk66376924"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">UCR Contracting Guide</span></b></span></a><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The guide is designed to assist campus personnel (i.e. administrators, staff, faculty, and researchers) understand the general process of creating, managing, and terminating
 legally binding contracts.  <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This guide is modeled after the UC Berkeley Guide to Contracting (2015) with updates specific to the UC Riverside’s contracting environment.  The guide includes important information
 about the campus offices with the delegated authority <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">to develop and execute such agreements on behalf of The Regents of the University of California (aka “contracting offices”).  Please take a few minutes to review the material
