New CPR³ Funding Opportunities Announced - Deadline April 17, 2023

New Research Funding Opportunities

CPR3 recently released requests for proposals (RFPs) seeking California-focused research related to two priority topics.


The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on social and economic outcomes (e.g., those related to household finances, housing/mobility, labor markets, etc) and evaluation of policies or interventions designed to mitigate or stabilize these effects  Learn more<https://cpr3.ucsf.edu/rfp-social-economic-outcomes>
Behavior change strategies to improve relevance, acceptance, and uptake of pandemic-related recommendations, policies and interventions, including public health communication approaches  Learn more<https://cpr3.ucsf.edu/rfp-behavior-change-communication>
These funding opportunities are open to UC investigators.  All UC campuses are eligible to submit, and collaboration between campuses is encouraged. Three award types ranging from $100,000 to $300,000 are available. The application deadline is April 17th, 2023, at 6:00 pm PDT.

CPR3 remains committed to centering around equity, fostering innovative community-engaged research, and strengthening transdisciplinary academic and public health collaboration. As such, applicants are encouraged to build collaborative teams with multidisciplinary and/or multisectoral approaches.

Session 1:  NIH Update
