[cid:image004.jpg at 01D6AD20.5273D550]Cayuse has changed the name of its system-to-system proposal submission system; Cayuse424 is now called Cayuse Proposals (S2S).



In addition to the label change, it has new functionality features, including updated application branding and faster proposal load times.

Changes have also been made to some forms and validations.  Learn more by reading the release notes below.



Proposals (S2S) Release Notes: September 2020

Forms

·        Some users received an error when attempting to access the Lobbying Activities Disclosure (Version 1.1) form. This has been fixed.

·        When budgets were extended, the Fringe IDC Types were not auto-filling as expected. This has been fixed.

·        Stray quotes have been removed from the FedNonFed Budget form UI.


Validations

·        For NIFA applications, we have reduced the severity of the error regarding missing Current & Pending support attachments. Instead of an error, users will see a warning.

·        The Research & Related Senior/Key Person Profile (v2.0) was giving a validation error when a biosketch over 4 pages was uploaded. This has been fixed.

·        Validations have been updated on SF424 RR to reflect that field 16 requires an answer to the question, and if answered yes, likely requires a date.

·        There was a Research Strategy page limit discrepancy between the R43 guideline (6 pages) and R44 guideline (12 pages) within validations which has now been addressed.
