[Raise-faculty] Recent grants and publications related to AI

Dear RAISE at UCR faculty,
we would like to start updating the RAISE at UCR webpage with recent (since
July 2024) publications/grants/awards related to AI by RAISE faculty. This
will also showcase the expertise and the strength of the RAISE faculty.
