Dear Professor of Teaching Colleagues,

Happy(?) last-week-of-summer! I hope you had a restful and/or productive
summer, and that your fall prep has been going well. And welcome to our new
Professor of Teaching colleagues joining UCR this year--we are thrilled to
have you!

If you are new to this email list and don't know me--hi! My name is Annie
Ditta, and I am an Associate (freshly minted!) Professor of Teaching
in the Psychology Department. I received your contact information from your
wonderful colleagues who are helping me fill out this email list of
Teaching Faculty from the VPAP's office. Now, on to the point of the email:

This email is a notification (and test) of the new Professor of Teaching
listserv, organized by *Rich Yueh*. You should have received a welcome
email to this listserv either sometime last year if you are a returning
faculty, or this morning if you are new to campus this year. If you ever
want to contact all of the PoTs on campus, you can use this email address.
If you want to manage your settings for this listserv, unsubscribe, etc.,
you can do so here:
https://lists.ucr.edu/mailman/listinfo/professorsofteaching

If you know other PoT colleagues who should be added to this list, you can
send them that link and they should be able to add themselves. I think Rich
and I can also do it for them, as moderators of the listserv.

That's it for now! Keep an eye out for an email soon about organizing a PoT
social event for Fall quarter. Looking forward to seeing you all around
campus.

Cheers,
Annie
