Subject: Telecom Policy for Emeriti Updated

 

Dear Colleagues,

 

Academic Personnel and Computing and Communications are pleased to announce
that the Telecom Policy related to Emeriti WOS appointments in PPS has been
updated to include Title Code 3800.  This title code should be used or all
non-Academic Senate emeriti, including but not limited to, Lecturers,
Librarians, Continuing Educators and CE Specialists who retired with no AS
appointment percentage.  

 

If you have any individuals who are currently appointed in title codes 1132
or 3249 who did not retire as Academic Senate members, please modify their
appointment to use title code 3800.  If you have questions about whether a
specific individual should be moved to title code 3800, please email Karen
Hruby in Academic Personnel, at Karen.Hruby at ucr.edu
