Dear Colleagues,

 

We have been advised of the following title code modifications by Office of the President.  As indicated, these new title codes are intended to be effective July 1, 2010.

Anticipating that the faculty administrator policies will be issued shortly, to be effective July 1, 2010, the following new faculty administrator title codes have been established, or renamed, in the Corporate TCS (Title Code System).  These new titles are now available.     

The new academic title codes/titles are:

.       1068    Vice Provost

.       1069    Associate Vice Provost

.       1077    Acting/Interim Vice Provost

.       1087    Acting/Interim Associate Vice Provost

.       0804    Acting/Interim Associate Vice Chancellor

The following titles have been renamed for academic title codes 1017 and 1047 below:

.       Title code 1017:        Acting/Interim Associate Dean (formerly "Associate Dean")

.       Title code 1047:        Acting/Interim Provost of _____ College (formerly "Acting Provost")

There are two title codes, one Academic and one SMG, for the Associate Vice Chancellor title:

Academic title code 0803 - Associate Vice Chancellor

SMG title code 0900 - Associate Vice Chancellor (Functional Are) - Exec
