There is a nice web tool designed and hosted by UCR Human Resources that some of you may not be aware of.  The Policy Finder for Payroll/Personnel policies and contracts are available at:  http://humanresources.ucr.edu/?content=PoliciesAndContracts/policyfinderstaff.htm.

 

You can access each bargaining unit contract by clicking on the appropriate bargaining unit under the row labeled 'Contract Home Page'.  You may also want to access a particular topic from over 300 topics just by clicking on the appropriate row and column.  For example, if you want to know the rules about 'overtime' for two bargaining units, just scroll down to "overtime" and click the link at the appropriate bargaining unit column.  Generic campus policy is also listed separately under the label "UCR".
