PPS Users,

 

There will be a PPS Users group meeting on Wednesday, June 9,  2010 @ HMNSS 1500 from 10:00 - 11:30 am.  

 

Agenda:

 

.         Web New Hire Demonstration - Gabe Nwandu and Jasmine Mejia

-       Web New Hire application is a new way to enter/update transactions to PPS for new hires and rehires.   It's similar to the New Hire/Rehire bundle on CICS PPS.

-       Soon,  preparers will be able to hire/rehire employees through Web New Hire application.   Anyone with entry/update access will automatically have access to Web New Hire.

-       Note:  Web New Hire cannot be used for other PPS change transactions such as Additional Employment, Staff/Academic Appointment Renewals, Separations, etc.
