Summer Session

 

If you nominated your employees to work Summer Session please do not
separate the employee on PPS.  If they are separated we have to rehire
that individual and have them complete new hire paperwork.  You will
continue to be the home department, please add D01083 as the alternate
department.  This will eliminate having to ask Campus Payroll for
access.  

 

Please ensure that any foreign instructors are eligible to work through
the summer and that work permits are current through September 2009.

 

All instructors are paid on the MO payroll.

 

A new appointment and distribution will be added for Summer Session.
Work permit end dates will be checked.
