To:  All Department PPS preparers

Subject: Payroll Deadline for ASEs

 

Please have all ASE appointment letters signed by the ASE prior to the
first day of instruction for Spring 2008, (March 31, 2008) and have
copies sent to the Graduate Division.  Additionally, in order for the
Graduate Division to confirm eligibility for all ASE's, (TAs, Teaching
fellows and Associate Ins) appointments need to be processed through PPS
by the first day of instruction (March 31, 2008) for Spring 2008.
