RE:                   FY 2008-09 WORKER'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE RATES
 

 
            A rate of $1.15/$100 payroll has been established to fund
Worker's Compensation costs for the Campus effective July 1, 2008.
 
            This rate has decreased 23.84% from the FY 2007-08 rate of
$1.51/$100 payroll.  This decrease is primarily due to a significant
decrease in the cost of risk.
