On Monday night, October 15, 2007, the UCOP programmers updated PPS to
reflect the approved salary adjustments for the merit eligible employees
in the following employee groups:
1. PSS & MSP policy covered employees
2. Police Sergeants
3. Police Officers (PA)
4. Skilled Crafts (K5)
The range adjustments for staff members who are exclusively represented
effective October 1, 2007 have also been updated in PPS. A schedule is
attached below regarding these increases.
The new pay rates will be reflected on your Online Time Reporting
Rosters that will be available on October 26, 2007 for the November 1,
2007 check date. Please review the payroll updates to confirm their
accuracy. Use the bundle screen "SMRT" to make corrections for the
Merits.
Please start using the new rates for PPS distributions that begin
10/1/07 and later. You will find the new rates on the Title & Pay
Plan: http://tpp.ucr.edu/tpp/tpp_main.mainpage.
If you have any questions, please contact Roberta Nardico, Payroll,
extension 2-3307 or to Cynthia Seneriz, Human Resources, extension
2-2464.
