Re:       GSHIP charges for January 2007

The Graduate Student Health Insurance Premium (GSHIP) assessment for
January 2007 did not process and will not appear on your payroll expense
distribution and general ledger in January.  Sub code change on the
Student Information System (SIS) prevented the program from running
correctly.  This anomaly has been fixed and the quarterly charge for
GSHIP will now be split between February and March earnings payroll.  We
apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Another Note:  We also apologize for the late posting of your January
work study BEA.  It was posted in February instead of January ledgers. 

 

Please call the payroll office at x2-3307 if you have further questions.
