Hello PPS USERS using CICS application,

UCOP systems has "backed out" a system change (a DNS change) which was
implemented last night.  As a result, users who logoff from the system
and then try to logon again are unable to establish a new session.

On-going sessions are fine. There's no interruption as long as you don't
terminate your session.

Quick Solution: 
Simply re-boot your PC and start all over again.  

I will provide more details as they become available, but in the
meantime 
"do not" terminate your PPS session!
