Please note that we have just been informed that for employees who
enrolled for the first time during the special Disability Open
Enrollment during November 2005, they will not see their first premium
deduction until their March 1st paychecks.  For those employees who
simply made changes to their waiting period, their premiums will be
reflected on their February 1st paychecks.
