[pps-news] 2006 Payroll Calendar revised

The UCR Payroll Calendar for 2006 has been revised with the following
changes: 

1.	Veteran's day - November 10 (not 11/11 as previously published
2.	Christmas day - December 25 (was not originally published)
3.	December holiday - Removed December 27 until the campus closing
calendar is published around August/September 2006.
