<strong>Week 10 (Inquiry Period):</strong><br>
If you're interested in running, submit the following <strong>by May 31st</strong>:</p><ol>

<p>The position or team you're running for</p>

<p>A short but specific description of your goals/aims for the position<br>
<em>(Example: βTo increase undergraduate student involvement by hosting weekly socials and academic workshops.β)</em></p>

<strong>Finals Week (Election Period):</strong><br>
π³οΈ Voting opens: <strong>June 1st at 8:00 AM</strong><br>
π³οΈ Voting closes: <strong>June 5th at 5:00 PM</strong></p><p>If multiple people run for the same role, the person with the most votes becomes Team Leader (unless they yield to the next highest). All other candidates will still be placed on the team, and <strong>vacant roles will be filled by appointment</strong>.</p><p>π‘ You do <strong>NOT</strong> need to be a current or historical member to run β this is a perfect way to get started!</p><hr><h3>πΌ Open Positions:</h3><p><strong>π Chapter President</strong> β Lead the club, coordinate with advisors and campus offices, run meetings, and represent us publicly.<br>
<strong>π National Representative</strong> β Support the president and represent the chapter at conferences.<br>
<strong>π Team 1: Communications</strong> β Minutes, newsletters, reports, and recordkeeping.<br>
<strong>π Team 2: Programming</strong> β Plan events, workshops, and the Emerging Scholars Symposium.<br>
<strong>π Team 3: Marketing & Outreach</strong> β Run promotions, social media, recruitment, and advertising.<br>
<strong>π Team 4: Finance & Fundraising</strong> β Oversee budgets, submit financial reports, and support fundraisers.<br>
<strong>π Team 5: Appointed Roles</strong> β These specialized roles are filled by appointment:</p><ul>

<p>Mentorship Director</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Chapter Mentor</strong> <em>(I will be seeking this position next year instead of President)</em></p>

<p>Fund Raiser</p>
