We are open to methodological approach and welcome qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research. </div>

The regular teaching load for this position includes teaching introductory courses (e.g. comparative politics, international relations) and upper-division courses. LMU has a 2-2/2-3 teaching load, meaning that faculty teach two undergraduate courses per semester,
with one 3-course load semester every other year. We are seeking to hire a dedicated teacher and emerging scholar who will embrace the department’s mission of helping students become informed, analytically reflective, and engaged global citizens. Successful
candidates must demonstrate a commitment to working with diverse student and community populations. Our department welcomes antiracist and inclusive pedagogies, and/or curricula. </div>
