<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%"><span style="mso-ligatures:none">I am pleased to announce that Victoria Bargas has joined our team as the new Financial Analyst effective 11/27/23. Victoria brings a wealth of relevant experience
to this role from her background in accounting, finance, office management and administration.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%"><span style="mso-ligatures:none">Victoria has served most recently as a Financial Analyst at the UC Riverside School of Medicine where she assisted with subcontract budget preparation, financial
reporting, purchasing, payments, inventory management and more. Her skills in analyzing financial transactions, preparing reports, coordinating purchases, and managing invoices and payments will translate well to supporting our departments.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%"><span style="mso-ligatures:none">Additionally, Victoria has held leadership roles directing accounting, budget development, contract management, policy implementation and more for Riverside County.
She has proven skills in financial analysis, auditing, training employees and leading teams.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:106%"><span style="mso-ligatures:none">With her Master's degree in Business Administration with an accounting emphasis along with over 10 years' experience, Victoria will be a tremendous asset to our
departments. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
