Hi Graduate Students,

I hope you all had a restful and renewing summer!

Please find the Fall '26 Office Assignments attached to this email. Office
changes were minimal this summer, consisting primarily of a few space swaps
and moving some senior students upstairs.

*Due to limited TA space this term, our incoming 2026 cohort will receive
office assignments at the start of the Winter quarter.*

*New This Term: Graduate Lounge Hours*

We are excited to share that we are reserving time in the Chair's Office to
serve as a dedicated "Graduate Lounge." We hope this gives you a consistent
space to gather before or after class to study, connect, and build
community. Look for "Grad Lounge" time slots on the posted door calendar.

*Next Steps (If Your Office Has Changed):*

   *Submit Key Requests:* Fill out the POSC Key Request Form
   <https://forms.gle/9JUNR6ZvEUyCWT858>. Please note that a separate form
   must be submitted for each returned key and each new key request.
   -

   *Clear Your Workspace:* Remove all personal items from your current desk
   and office if you have not done so already.
   -

   *Schedule a Key Exchange:* Email our Administrative Assistant, Lety (
   lety.vazquezangeleri at ucr.edu), to arrange a time to drop off your old
   key and collect your new one.
