Dear colleagues,

The Experimental Research section of the American Political Science
Association (APSA) invites research proposals from post-prospectus PhD
students for its Experimental Research Early-Career Fellowship program. As
part of the fellowship, students will be paired with a senior scholar who
will provide mentorship and feedback on their proposed experimental
research. Fellowships will be awarded to up to five students. Each
successful candidate will receive $500. Applications are assessed based on
need, defined as the availability of experimentation guidance at one’s home
institution, and the quality of the research proposal.


The program aims to:

   - Provide structured mentorship to PhD students who are (or will be)
   Experimental Research section members, especially those for whom such
   support is not readily available at their home institutions;
   - Build a new community among the cohort of fellows; and
   - Expand the existing community within the Experimental Research section.
