[Poscgrad] Watkins 2204 Access Reminder

Dear POSC Faculty and Students,

I hope your March is off to a great start!
I'm writing to share a quick reminder about the POSC Copy Room (Watkins
2204). Recently, we found tape placed over the lock to keep the door closed
but unlocked. While this was likely done for convenience, it creates a
security concern since the room houses valuable departmental equipment.

Just a quick refresher:

   - *The Copy Room is open and unlocked during regular business hours*:
   Mon - Fri, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
   - *After hours, the door should remain closed and locked* to protect the
   equipment and supplies.
   - All faculty and POSC grad students should have key access. If you do
   not currently have a key and need one, *please complete THIS

   form and email me letting me know you've submitted the request*. We can
   arrange a key pick-up date and time afterward.

No one should feel the need to tape the door open - if you need access,
just reach out. We're happy to help.
