Dear University of California, Stanford, and USC Colleagues,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to recirculate the call for
proposals for the inaugural Berkeley Center for Chinese Studies Social
Sciences Graduate Research Conference
<https://ieas.berkeley.edu/berkeley-center-chinese-studies-social-sciences-graduate-research-conference>,
taking place on October 2-3, 2026. The conference seeks to bring together
current graduate students working on China-related topics in social
sciences disciplines at California universities with the goal of
facilitating interdisciplinary academic exchange and articulating emerging
research questions. The faculty steering committee and I would greatly
appreciate it if you would be willing to share the attached CFP document
with eligible graduate students and encourage them to submit their
proposals by March 13th, 2026 (exactly two weeks from now).

Thank you so much for helping us recirculate the CFP. If you or any
graduate students have questions about the conference or the CFP, please
contact ccs at berkeley.edu.

Best wishes,
Rijuta
