[Poscgrad] Reminder On Office Furniture Configurations

Dear Graduate Students,
Thank you for your cooperation with the office changes that took effect
this winter quarter.
This is a reminder that furniture in assigned TA and grad offices may not
be moved or reconfigured without prior department approval. Office layouts
are intentionally designed and approved to meet campus fire and
accessibility requirements. Moving desks, bookcases, cabinets, or other
furnishings outside of a designated and approved configuration can create
safety and compliance concerns.
If you believe a workspace adjustment is needed, please feel free to reach
out to me, Marcelina.Ryneal at ucr.edu, and our admin team will work with you
to make any potential changes or accomodations.
Thank you for your continued cooperation in maintaining a safe and
compliant environment.
