[Poscgrad] Call for Social Sciences Lab Fellowship for Graduate Students

[Social Sciences Laboratory]

Dear Students,

We are happy to announce a call for applications for the Social Sciences
Laboratory (SSL) Research Fellowship Program.

Thanks to a generous contribution from a UCR alumnus, we are offering
fellowship opportunities for graduate students to engage in hands-on
research alongside faculty mentors.

About the Fellowship

   -

   Expectations:
   -

      Approximately 5 hours per week during the quarter of the award to
      complete the deliverables as defined in the specific fellowship project.
      -

      Project presentation to the Social Science community at the end of
      the academic year.
      -

      Regular attendance at SSL workshops and events to engage with the UCR
      social science community
      -

   Compensation:
   -

      Graduate students:  $2,500 (administered as a fellowship through
      financial aid*)

* Financial aid account must be approved to receive fellowship funding
prior to the final fellowship being awarded.

Scope and Eligibility

   -

   Open to graduate students majoring in social science fields across UCR.
   -

   Check for preferred skills for each project from the list of available
   projects

      CV/Resume

      Cover Letter that specifies the project you are applying for and
      address how your skills and background align with the specific
needs of the
      project. If you are interested in more than one project, please include
      discussion of the other projects you would like to be considered for if
      your first preference does not work out.
