[Poscgrad] New process for sharing faculty publications and achievements

Dear colleagues,

I hope you are all doing well.

As you might have noticed in the email Indridi sent last week, we are
introducing a new system for faculty and graduate students to
share publications and achievements. Instead of emailing Donald (or future
GSRs), please use the following Google Form
<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfGC2YAv3nN3eGxOswVHMDcod-htWsWtuRwPxEP_T0LihGV5w/viewform>
to submit updates.

Publications and achievements submitted through the form will be shared on
the department website and social media on an ongoing basis. In addition,
we will compile and circulate a quarterly newsletter highlighting
accomplishments.

The goal of this system is to centralize information so that nothing is
missed, while also reducing the number of individual emails sent to the GSR.

We encourage you to use the form whenever you have new publications or
achievements to share.
