[Poscgrad] Changes to UCSCHIP health insurance

Dear grad students,

Marissa and I have been notified of a change that the system made to the UCSHIP health insurance for this coming year. It appears that they now require a health center referral for all off campus doctor visits and there are no retroactive referrals. Please read the information at this link for more details...
