[Poscgrad] Annual Mentoring and Evaluation Form

Dear graduate students,

This is a reminder that each of you has to initiate your own Annual
Mentoring and Evaluation form via R'Grad <https://rgrad.ucr.edu/app/> in
time for faculty to finish your evaluation letters and forms. Many thanks
to those who have already done so. *Anyone who has not yet done this should
do it ASAP.* Your advisor has until September 22 to complete and submit
your annual evaluation, but they cannot get started until you send them the
form.

Also: On the R'Grad form, *please remember to change "Major Professor" to
your actual advisor / dissertation chair.* As I noted back in June, that
part of the form has been defaulting that entry to be me. Please be sure to
list your actual advisor as your "Major Professor" so that your form routes
to that person, not me (unless I am your chair, co-chair, or first-year
faculty mentor).

Incoming (new) first year students may ignore this email.
