Greetings all,

We are thrilled to announce the *final schedule for the AY 2025–26
Political Science Speaker Series*! Please see the attached document for the
full lineup of exceptional scholars visiting our department this year. This
is an exciting opportunity to engage with leading researchers and showcase
the vibrant intellectual community here at UCR.

*Highlights for this year’s Speaker Series:*

   -

   *Catered events:* All talks will include refreshments, ensuring a
   welcoming and collegial atmosphere.
   -

   *Faculty engagement:* Day-long visits offer opportunities for one-on-one
   or small-group meetings with speakers. Participation will be on a
*volunteer,
   first-come, first-served basis*.
   -

   *Graduate student lunch:* Graduate students will have dedicated time to
   connect with the speaker over lunch at *The Stable*.
   -

   *Faculty dinner:* Faculty are invited to join the speaker for
dinner in *Downtown
   Riverside*, also on a volunteer basis.

*Special note:* Prof. McDowell’s talk will take place on a *Wednesday*,
rather than our usual Colloquium schedule. Faculty, please plan accordingly.

We encourage everyone to *mark your calendars* and take full advantage of
this exciting series. Let’s make this year a celebration of scholarship,
community, and UCR pride!
