Hi Graduate Students,

This is a reminder that *enrollment for the Winter 2026 Quarter is now
open!* Please take a few minutes to review the important details below to
ensure you’re on track for a successful quarter.
------------------------------

*📌** Full-Time Enrollment Required*

All students must be enrolled in *at least 12 units* to maintain full-time
status. This applies to *all students*, regardless of year or status.

⚠️ *Note:* Financial Aid, TA salaries, and refunds are all tied to
full-time enrollment. Avoid delays—enroll now!
------------------------------

*🧾** Enrollment Guidelines (from the POSC Graduate Handbook)*

      - Methods
      - Field of Study Courses
      - Depth and Distribution Requirements
      - 10 Units of Colloquium
   - *Year 3 and Beyond:* Once you’ve completed required coursework,
maintain full-time status through a combination of non-degree units, such
   as:
      - *POSC 291, 297, 299, and 302*
   - *First-year students*, please see the *How to Register* link here

302 (4 units)* prior to the beginning of the quarter. No action is required
on your part for 302 course enrollment.
------------------------------

If you’re blocked from enrolling due to instructor permission (POSC 291,
297, 299) or need units added to a course, please submit the *POSC Graduate

business days* after they post to your student account.
