[Poscgrad] Congratulations to Eunseong!

Dear colleagues,

I'm elated to say that our very own Eunseong Oh is this year's winner of the John T. Williams Award from the Society for Political Methodology. The Williams award honors the best dissertation proposal in the area of political methodology and is the highest award that SPM gives to graduate students. You can read the award citation here:

As many of you know, John Williams was the former department chair here at UCR (he was the department chair that hired me...), and SPM creates this award in his memory after his untimely death. John was extremely supportive of grad students and I know John would have been immensely proud of Eunseong, as am I.
