[Poscgrad] Invited speaker (ZOOM) - Professor Franklin Ibanez

The department has organized a talk with Professor Franklin Ibáñez from
Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Peru *tomorrow*,
*Wednesday, February
19th* at *noon*. The talk will be held via *Zoom*. Professor Ibanez is a
political theorist who engages with topics of justice, ethics, and
democracy, particularly in the context of Latin America. His website can be

The talk will be about his paper "Aporias of Permanent Moral Incapacity:
Can Ethics Be Used to Depose a President?" I have attached the paper (in
