Hello.  This is Shin Kue Ryu, and I am Chair of Political Science at Idaho
State University.  I am reaching out to share a Visiting Assistant

The post is to hire someone with a primary research and teaching area in
American Politics.  PA is a preferred qualification.  However, given that
this position requires teaching American Politics undergraduate courses,
the ability to teach the required courses in that subfield is a must.

If you could circulate the job post to any PhD candidate/post-doc who might
be interested, it would be appreciated.  We would consider ABDs, provided
their Chair assures us that the student is almost close to graduation.

The position is a VAP with a possibility of renewal for 3 years.
