[Poscgrad] GSA Registration

Greetings everyone,

I am emailing because I noticed many people are not on the GSA roster, and
I wanted to make sure everyone has the opportunity to show their support
for our inner-department community. If you are not on our roster, I'll
send you a direct invitation.

GSA can be an organization that provides peer support and advocates on
behalf of graduate students in the department. To do that, we need to
ensure everyone stays informed, and the best way to do that is to have
everyone registered on UCR's  HighlanderLink
<https://highlanderlink.ucr.edu/organization/gsps>.

HighlanderLink is UCR's internal system and official record for all campus
organizations. This means our HighlanderLink membership has real
consequences for our department. For example, *if we have more than 50
students on our roster, we get a bonus in our quarterly budget*, which
means we can provide more services to POSC graduate students!
