[Poscgrad] POSC Speaker Series - Professor Steven Vogel (11/18)

Hello everyone,

On *Monday, November 18th* the department will be hosting Steven Vogel from
the University of California, Berkeley. He specializes in the political
economy of the advanced industrialized nations, especially Japan. His

He will be presenting his project "The Predistribution Solution: How to
Tackle Inequality at its Roots." For more information, see the attached
flier (paper will be distributed later).

After the talk, the speaker will have lunch with graduate students at the
Barn/Stable. This is a fantastic opportunity for networking, and we will
cover the expenses for lunch. We are limiting the attendance to *four
graduate students *to avoid overcrowding the meeting and to ensure that
those who attend have a chance to interact with the speaker properly.
